Luke Palladino is a passionate chef. He is passionate about the regional cuisine and flavors of Italy, and about seeing that every guest who dines at his restaurants falls in love with the food the same way he has.

Luke's love of Italian food is so great that he couldn't just create one restaurant, he had to create several - Specchio, Ombra, Risi Bisi and Bragozzo. Each one offers a different perspective on Italian cuisine, but all unified by Luke's passion.

Satiate the senses at Specchio with white asparagus sformato with jumbo lump crab and garlic zagaglione, slow roasted bone-in veal shank osso buco, and lamb chops scottaditto with house-made mostarda. At Ombra, feast on
dishes such as mozzarella in carrozza- prosciutto & mozzarella di bufala sandwich, pomodoro & caper sauce, basil, sausage polenta with melted gorgonzola, and whole roasted fish in "crazy water" with calabrese chilies, garlic, celery, parsley & marjoram.
