THE MEANING OF BRAGOZZO:
The inspiration for Luke’s newest  restaurant comes from the tradition of the flat-bottomed Venetian fishing boat called a ‘bragozzo’ and the unique connection of its historical use in the Adriatic Sea and the Gulf of Mexico. Their distinct construction allows for sailing on shallow water through landscapes not traversed by ordinary vessels.







Luke Palladino brings the experience of an authentic Italian Osteria and Wine Bar to Biloxi, Mississipi, and Pompano Beach, Florida with his newest restaurant Bragozzo. An Osteria is a local eatery: usually family owned and operated offering a seasonal menu of the chef’s regional specialties simply prepared. Bragozzo maintains that familiar, convivial warmth through its design, service and menu style. The restaurant boasts an extensive menu of traditional, rustic Italian fare including fresh pasta that is hand-made on the premises, as well as a considerable wine list.
